# Forgot your password doesn't work

Hello,  
I have problem and I don’t know how to resolve it. When I click **Forgot your password** an email is sent but I don’t receive anything, email is correct and existing.  
Settings: protocol, host and port in Administration \> Email are set. When I click **Send a test mail to my user** it works.  
Rocket server is 3.6.0
