Forgot pass code, cant use mobile app

Dear Rocket.chat community!

We had an issue, where a user forgot the android applications pass code. It doesnt give us any ways to delete the server and reset it. Deleteng and reinstalling the app doesnt help. It was set up originally with biometric unlock, but for some reason the phone forgot this, and only asks for the pass code.
Did anyone encounter this? Is there a way to re-add the server with the user account, and reset the biometric unlock?

We have solved our issue. For reference: we had to reinstall and clear the app data and cache on the phone for it to forget its config. That way we could log in to our server again.
