# False error Workspace Version Unsupported

### Description
Hello

Today we received this message in Rocket Chat client: is running an unsupported version of Rocket.Chat  
Installed Version 7.13.4 EOL Aug 2026  
Could you please tell me why this message came up and how to solve this issue?

### Server Setup Information

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: **7.13.4**
- Operating System: Debian 11
- NodeJS Version: 22.16
- MongoDB Version: 7

Probably an issue at their end.

Server has to get hold of a check file (I forget the name but have a search as this has happened before - your logs will also tell you) from their server.

Also note 7.13 is EOL at the end of June.
