# Confluence Cloud - How do you actually use it? 😖

As the subject headline says pretty much.

I have installed the app/plugin but there is ZERO documentation or any information on how to actually use it.  
@ mentioning the concfluence bot or writing directly to it produces no response what so ever…

No idea why there’s no docs but I’ll ask.

Presumably you have to setup something in Confluence too?

Well there isn’t anything to enter in settings of the app/plugin it seems as it is already automatically filled out:

**As for server setup:**

- 3 vCPU CPU cores
- 4 GB DDR4
- 75 GB NVMe SSD
- Rocketchat installed with snap.

Not sure what to do as there is nothing which tells you how to interact with the confluence bot so I appreciate any help with this.

Asked the team and got this response:

> I don’t think the atlassian apps ever worked well. I recommended removing those in the past 🙈

So my guess is it’s broken and should not be used.

I believe a change in docs and removal has again has been requested.

Ok thanks a lot for investigating this. 👍  
So the app should just be removed from the RocketChat basically…

It would be smart if you guys deleted it from the app store so that other of your clients do not try to use it then I would suggest…
