# Closing Live Chat Session Error "undefined"

### Description

Since Upgrade to 4.8.1 i cant close any livechat session anymore:

and i cant find any issue in logs… does someone have a idea?

### Server Setup Information

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 4.8.1
- Operating System: Linux
- Deployment Method: snap
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog:
- NodeJS Version: 14.18.3
- MongoDB Version: 4.2.17
- Proxy: caddy
- Firewalls involved: pfsense

Hi!

This is a known bug that will be fixed in the upcoming 5 version: [[FIX] Unable to close chats when comments is disabled by murtaza98 · Pull Request #26057 · RocketChat/Rocket.Chat · GitHub](https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/pull/26057)

As a workaround, you can enable the requirement for a comment on close, in Admin \> Omnichannel \> Request comment when closing conversation
