# Cannot upgrade 3 to 4, still running 3.18.2 from 2021-11-28

I am running a snap install on a Raspberry Pi 4 operating Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.3.0-1042-raspi2 aarch64).

I’ve been running 3.18.2 since 2021-11-28 and snap tells me no updates are available.

I’ve two issues:

- I can’t upgrade to 4.x because [i must be running 3.18.3](https://forums.rocket.chat/t/updating-rocket-chat-snap-to-4-x-track/12575)
- I’m prompted to action but have no eligible version available

Help!

You can update to 4.x, that 3.18.3 is specifically for amd64 not arm.
