I’m starting a video call in RocketChat. After a while I finish the call with the red button in Jitsi meet and close the window. It looks like it is finish.
But in reality I still can join the call.
 ![ongoing](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex021/uploads/rocketchat/original/2X/9/915c25896ed113f992863b15662770cd883eb163.jpeg)
Only after 24 hours this call is really finished.
Someone from RocketChat told me:
_The Jitsi app doesn’t detect when the call has ended. Rocket.Chat will flag the calls as ended after a 24 hours timeout._
I asked at Jitsi Meet now and they said they disagree.
But it could be solved perhaps with:
_If RocketChat is using iframeAPI it can just be listening to the iframeAPI events and update the state when the local call has ended._
How can I do this ?
Or is there another solution ?

First, please read this and give us some information on your server.

Next are you using an iframe?

IIRC Rocket offloaded all video/audio and I think they only provide a link.
