Are there any known compatibility issues with the app on Galaxy S5? I am unable to see “my account” to change preferences using it. Only status options and logout.

No compatibility issues. This is just not yet available in the Rocket.Chat+ app.
Rocket.Chat+ is under active development. Features are being added as quickly as the team can.
