# Application Error The application GUI just crashed. Desktop app 4.9.1

### Description

Good morning, I have a problem with the Rocket.Chat desktop application windows. Every day I have to perform a Force Reload with Login Session removal. In the developer logs, I only see this error.  
TypeError: window.crypto.randomUUID is not a function  
at Object.aI [as useSyncExternalStore] (verifyErrors.js:34:1)  
at verifyErrors.js:34:1  
at aR (verifyErrors.js:34:1)  
I created a new instance and restored a dump from the version with the issues, but it didn’t solve the problem.

### Server Setup Information

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 7.12.0

Operating System: Ubuntu

Deployment Method: Docker

Number of Running Instances:

DB Replicaset Oplog:

NodeJS Version: v22.13.1

MongoDB Version: 6.0.19
